Oregon Homeownership Stabilization Initiative

The Mortgage Payment Assistance Unemployment (MPA-U) program will be transitioning, after the June 26 application cycle, to a new program called the “Home Rescue Program”. Visit the MPA-U page for more information about eligibility for the Mortgage Payment Assistance Unemployment program.

 

Developed in partnership with Oregon’s Senator Jeff Merkley, the Rebuilding American Homeownership Assistance Pilot Program (RAHAPP) aims to provide a new opportunity for underwater homeowners to refinance their mortgage. Visit the RAHAPP page for more information about eligibility.

 

The Loan Refinancing Assistance Pilot Project (LRAPP) is now available in Crook, Deschutes, Jackson, Jefferson and Josephine counties. This program is designed to address the needs of homeowners in these counties, who suffer disproportionately from the foreclosure crisis in Oregon. The Loan Preservation Assistance (LPA) program is currently in transition to a new program called the “Home Rescue Program”. Visit the Home Rescue Program page on the OHSI website on June 19th, 2013 for more information.
